Not Here to Impress, Here to Progress

As I hiked the Big Beehive Trail at Lake Louise, I was reminded of something powerful:
I’m not a woman trying to impress I’m a woman committed to progress.
I don’t want to wake up every day wondering how others see me. I want to wake up asking myself, “How can I make myself proud today?”
Every step on that trail, every breath, every push forward was a reminder that growth isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence. It’s not about how the world measures your worth, but how you measure your own courage to keep going, even when the climb feels steep.
This journey is about becoming, not performing. It’s about choosing yourself, again and again, no matter how hard the trail may be.
Remember: progress is personal. It’s not about keeping up with anyone else, it’s about becoming the strongest, truest version of you.
Reflect: What’s one step you can take this week that makes you proud, no matter how small it may seem?
